STEP 1: Contact from the Secretariat After completing your application, the VOCOLAB Secretariat will contact you to confirm.

STEP 2: Register for our official LINE account [Required] When we contact you from the office, we will also send you instructions on how to register for our official LINE account, which will be used for future lesson announcements and scheduling. Please be sure to register according to the instructions to ensure a smooth start to your lessons.

STEP 3: Items to bring to your first lesson (for those who apply) If you received the "Terms and Conditions" during your trial lesson, please bring the following two items to your first lesson.

• The final page of the terms and conditions (with your signature)

• Bank transfer application form (completed and stamped)
