Over his 25-year career, he has instructed thousands of professional students.
The sensibility for a "marketable voice" honed in the New York recording studio,
It integrates "scientific evidence" that is continuously updated by organizations such as the Japan Laryngological Society.
We eliminate instruction that relies on intuition and instead provide individually optimized training based on anatomy to help artists realize their ideals.
Piano, wind ensemble, Japanese drumming, and dance and singing—from a young age, she has immersed herself in all forms of music, pursuing the essence of expression. After graduating from a music vocational school, she worked as a voice trainer for 20 years, dramatically transforming the "voices and sounds" of a wide range of generations, from aspiring professional singers to ensemble instructors at public elementary schools. With a professional career as a Japanese drummer, she is a rare "professional of physical expression" in Japan.

He entered the world of music at the age of 15, and began working as a professional support musician immediately after graduating from high school. While continuing to perform on stages in live tours all over the country as a bassist, he is also a multi-instrumentalist who plays all the core instruments of a band sound, including guitar, drums, and bass. He thoroughly pursues "how sound should be within an ensemble," a principle honed in the professional setting.
Original experience in New York: In 2000, I moved to the United States alone. After graduating from the Institute of Audio Research, I worked as an engineer and producer in a Brooklyn studio, collaborating with numerous international artists.
Learn firsthand what constitutes the "overwhelming persuasive power of voice" required in the field.Major scene experience: After returning to Japan, he gained experience participating in Hello! Project projects and releasing music through major labels. As an artist and producer himself, he has a deep understanding of the "voice" and "person" that clients (major agencies, etc.) seek to be immediately effective in the field.
Member of the Japan Laryngological Society and NATS: To establish a voice training method that is not based on sheer willpower, I am a member of the international training network NATS and the Japan Laryngological Society (JLA). I constantly incorporate the latest phonetics and vocal science, and thoroughly implement a "scientific approach to voice" that starts from the mechanism of the vocal cords.

"Turning your whole body into an instrument": An overwhelmingly experiential teaching method: The voice is not made solely from the throat. Utilizing the body control knowledge cultivated through dance and Japanese taiko drumming, this teaching approach, which focuses on breathing, posture, and core strength, fundamentally resolves "problems that have remained unresolved until now."
The "power to bring out the best" that leads to a national gold medal: Currently, he serves as a coach for a public elementary school brass band, contributing to their national gold medal win. His exceptional coaching ability, which respects the individuality of the children while unifying the group's sound, is also highly regarded for his guidance in speeches and public speaking.
A multifaceted musical perspective that transcends genres: Gospel choir, choral singing, wind instruments, percussion. It is precisely because of this diverse musical experience that we can draw out "musical expressiveness" from multiple angles, going beyond just singing.
"On-the-ground judgment skills" honed on stages across the country: A currently active bassist who receives requests from all over Japan, from Tokyo to Osaka, regardless of genre. How to resonate with other instruments and support the sound in real-world situations such as live performances, concerts, and tours. This practical know-how will be clearly taught from both theoretical and experiential perspectives.
Proven teaching record, selected from a public high school: His exceptional skill in playing all instruments by himself led to his selection as a light music club instructor at a public high school in Kanagawa Prefecture. He has lectured at multiple schools and, during his tenure, has guided many bands to competition wins. His strength lies in his ability to assess each student's level and guide them steadily towards improvement.
Technical instruction to break through "sound problems": From beginners to intermediate and advanced players who feel their playing has plateaued. We optimize technique and music theory according to each individual's level of progress and understanding. We thoroughly provide instruction that values each person's personality so that anyone can find "their own sound".
[Thoughts on VOCOLAB]
From technical concerns like "I can't hit high notes" or "My voice gets hoarse easily," to strategic questions like "How should I plan my path to debut?", understanding the structure of the throat can unravel your vocal problems, and knowing the music industry will reveal the path you should take.
Unlike large schools, we offer instruction that deeply commits to each individual's life as an artist. Established a year ago in Nakameguro, VOCOLAB delivers world-class techniques and "real-world experience." We maximize the potential of your voice through the power of science, going beyond what can be achieved with standardized lessons, and walk the shortest route to realizing your dreams as a performer.
[Thoughts on VOCOLAB]
"Singing is about confronting yourself." Lessons that simply follow a set curriculum tend to overlook the inherent brilliance that each individual possesses. At VOCOLAB, we value the "ability to delve deep and empathize" that we have cultivated over 20 years of experience, and we carefully discover the voice and sound that shines brightest for you through dialogue. From children to adults, from instrumentalists to business owners, we want to be your partner in maximizing the "resonance of your life" for each and every person.

[Thoughts on VOCOLAB]
Music naturally breathes life into our daily lives, accompanying our emotions and the passage of time, and bringing out our individuality and strengths in a more artistic way.
At VOCOLAB, we aim to make such wonderful music more accessible to everyone, and we want to be a place where we can work together with each student in the best way possible, tailored to their individual needs.
With 20 years of coaching experience, we embody the principles of "mind, body, and technique."
